"Hey mom and dad, you give me my Christmas present right when it turns midnight December 25 every year!! Its already 12:15, WHERE THE HELL IS MY GIFT?!??!!"

worst post ever.

Agreed. Original poster is an idiot.

I just sold my untethered jailbroken iPad 2 (Verizon) on eBay three days ago. Same A5 chip, same thing.

Im sorry complexcomusic, you will NEVER have jailbreak on your iPhone 4S...............

NEVER!!!!!!!!!!

Enough about the jailbreak, let's turn this thread into an unlockmyiphone4s thread.

Startingggggggg.....now!

No one is/was expecting a jailbreak before mid-late November. Why? The iPhone 4 was "relatively easy" to jailbreak, and that still took 5-6 weeks for a jailbreak. Right now, we are only 4 weeks into having a 4S (at the most).

I would be pleasantly surprised if we saw one any day at this point, but I think late November is a realistic time period to start keeping your eye out for jailbreak news.

There has been absolutely no evidence that anyone is working on a jailbreak. Not a rumor, or a whisper, or a hint. Every time anyone asks them about it they either ignore them or say "STOP ASKING ME!!!"

It's obvious that they've given up, and just don't want to tell people that because it would risk them getting pissed off.

If you remember when the iPhone 4 came out. It took a few months before it was jail broken. These jailbreaks have to be tested, and completely stable before its released, if they are not, than people start getting mad, and frustrated because there device keeps crashing with the new unstable jailbreak.

Actually, it took less than 2 months, about 5-6 weeks.

I do enjoy how he added the little angry face to his thread title. I'm really amazed the DevTeam has enough patience to continue doing what they do, considering people like the OP continue to get all pissy and whine like a 4 year old because they aren't spending every waking moment of their life working on a jailbreak that can be released (For free I might add) 2 minutes after either Apple releases a product or an update.

Sorry.
