iphone headphones broke helps??

Alright.. so i was on the train and one side of my headphones just went PSFFFF and the left side broke... there isn't visible damage.. but i was just wondering how can i get it replaced online?? Do they mail you a new pair right away and you mail the old ones back?? How does it work??

Yeah you put in an order, they send you a new pair and you MUST send back the old pair or you'll be charged $29.

because i just got charged 1 dollar for using my debit card..

Maybe a bit late now but I would recommend buying third party headphones because in my experience the apple ones are awful.

Obviously depending on your budget.
