I went into the apple store today cos my ip4s was playin up.. They swap it for another one.. Do I get an new iPhone or refixed iph?

Don't OCD about it, it'll look for all the world as new. Better than a busted phone.

if you're within the warranty period, you will get a new phone. Apple refurbs are (from what I'm told) as good, if not better, than brand new phones.

I think you'll be fine.

I'd imagine refurbished is gonna be the same as new coming from Apple

It's probably a refurb, but it really doesn't matter. A refurb has the same warranty, has been fixed by Apple and probably checked over better than the new one you originally had.

Why are you so worried about if it's new or refurbed? If the phone is working fine then just use it.
