sorry for the newb question but i have a quick question. my brother just got a verizon iphone and i had to set him up with his own itunes account but i did authorize his computer to my itunes account also. does that mean he can move any app over to his computer and sync them to his iphone also.

Home sharing will work as long as you are on the same network. When you set up home sharing, you use the same ID and password on both machines. You can transfer any media between the machines, and that media can be synced to the phone.
But, there is a small catch! If he has media on his phone and computer, that was shared from your computer, then that media can only be updated with your ID and password. It can get to be a real hassle, when updating apps, trying to figure out which ID and password to use.
