iPhone Homescreen Redesign

Had a go at redesigning it for high-retina displays. Would love to hear thoughts from experienced UI hackers on how possible this would be to implement (if at all). I'm thinking to integrate the design into the other areas of the iPhone as well... so very keen to hear suggestions.

It would be remiss of me to not comment and say that this is a beautiful redesign, but sadly i think the notification system you want will require lockinfo and quite a lot of tweaking as well. The upcoming events section..i haven't the foggiest of ideas how you would implement that.

that looks nice. I always thought Apple wasted way too much screen space with the GIGANTIC clock and the unnecessarily huge unlock area at the bottom. They can definitely do a lot with the lockscreen.
