This is the second time this has happened to me. All of a sudden my calendar on my phone has dots next to all events and has repeating events from years ago. I did not do anything different or special and I did not update any software recently. I look into a specific event and it says it last forever and ends never.
I did a sync with my itunes and asked it to do the one time replacement of all the calendar info on the phone with that on the computer (the events do not show up as repeating on the computer) and all that did was duplicate the items.
I do not have Mobile Me. I use ical and sync it with my phone only.
Last time I took an old version of the ical from a time machine backup, but I have not backed up in awhile.
1) how can I remedy this without having to go into each individual event
2) how can I prevent it from happening again?
