iphone icloud backups not showing up on replacement iphone

I want to restore my iphone icloud backup from my old iphone 4s to the new macstore replacement (mic problem so genius replaced it) when I go to restore from icloud it only shows my iPad backups from 2011. So when I have restored from new it shows my old iPhone backup all 3.4gb of it but I cannot access help.


Soooooo annoyed :(

just needed to update the software, now I feel like a fool lol
