I am from Europe and I will visit at the end os Spetember Los Angeles and Las Vegas.
Please can someone help me and tell me where can I buy Iphone without contract and what is the price for the Iphone? Can I buy it unlocked or got I to buy it locked?

There is no unlocked or non-contract iPhone available (yet) in the US. If you want a non-contract, unlocked iPhone, you are better off getting one from France, or Italy.
