iPhone in pocket

Hi all,

I Have heard that keeping your iPhone in your pocket is a bad idea because body heat can ruin your battery. Is this true?

Does it still apply if you have your iPhone off in your pocket? Will it still ruin your battery then? Are there any Other problems with iphOnes in pockets?

I've had mine in my pocket for years. No problems here.

I've owned 3 iPhones and keeping them in my pocket has not harmed them in any way nor do they get exceptionally hot.
