iPhone in store reservation stock update

On the Apple Store app it says that stock updates are there at 10PM each night. Anyone know if that is 10PM local time? Or is it PST like it is when times are listed for pre-orders?

pretty sure it's 10 p.m. relative to where you live. the apple store guy i talked to today near me said 10 p.m. tonight, so not sure why he would say 10 p.m. eastern..

I asked this very question at the apple store the other day and was told it goes by time zone, so 10:00pm local time.

It's your local time. Refresh by hitting the locate button quickly, they open up at about 9:30pm - 9:40pm but stock shows up at 9:58pm except yesterday it showed up at 10:03pm.

Where exactly do you see the stock updates or are you referring specifically to the reservation system?
