iPhone in UK on T-Mobile - HELP PLEASE

Hi,

I purchased a iPhone today as the £169 price tag was too much to resist!

Anyways....

I have unlocked and jailbroke my phone and i am trying to install some apps using installer, but it keeps saying here is an error when downloading the package. Has anyone experienced this?

Also, i am on T-Mobile and i have the web n walk package on my contract, but it says it can not connect to EDGE, does anyone know how to resolve this?

obtain the username, pw and apn and then input it into settings--> general --> network --> EDGE..

restart phone, will work

no cause for panic.
however i suggest if u have wifi u make use of it when u are able to do so due to:
1) GPRS/EDGE charged by MB..
2) A lot faster.
