Hi all,

Hoping someone can help me out here. I have used iPhones since day 1 and for the life of me cannot figure out what is going on with my storage.

I have the 5s with 32gigs of space. Currently under Settings>General>Usage my storage reads that I have used 22.4 gb with 3.3 gb available. Adding up the music/pics and apps totals 5.5gigs. Now I know the OS will take up a good hunk and the background stuff that falls into the OTHER category as well. I did the synch trick with my laptop and my OTHER amount is small.

I honestly think it has something to do with iTunes Match. When I turn iTunes Match off and delete the music from my phone via storage, there are 100 or so songs that remain. Under storage, Music is zero. Could my music database be bugged?? If so, how do I repair this? I tried plugging it again into the laptop to manage the music from that but still could not delete it.

Apologies if there is already a dedicated thread to this issue…I honestly could not find anything on here nor google searches.

Thanks

Mike
