Considering the 5S, and if I get it I'll definitely want insurance. I had my 4 insured through CPW, but will most likely buy sim free this time. Never had to claim though, and as they say, you never know with insurance until the unfortunate time that you have to claim on it. Has anyone got any experiences with claims, and companies that they would recommend or avoid?

Wanting the 32GB, so definitely don't want insurance that doesn't pay out should it be stolen/lost/accidentally damaged.

We have apple care + now in the uk might be worth considering. Last year I bought the 5 directly from apple then bought 2 years cover for accidental damage from Square Trade.

Never had to deal with them yet since I have took care of it. But I am glad I bought it (£99) because now I am coming up to the first year running out I still have cover for a year :)
