iPhone insurance

Okay since i got my iphone 4S and hate to use it with a case, i will instead get warranty.

First of all, i dont get the difference between warranty and insurance, someone mind explaining?
And, which one should i get? I heard Worth Ave. Group was the best, but any other ideas?

Squaretrade usually offers the best warranties with ADH but AppleCare+ is actually a little better since you can take it into an Apple store vice shipping it to them.
