Hi,

I recently bought a second hand iPhone 4 and for the first week it was perfect until yesterday when it started to develop some sort of problem where the screen will not respond to touches. What ever is happening in the background will continue (for example fruit flying in fruit ninja) but i can't touch any thing. The only solution is to either wait about 20 seconds or lock then unlock the iPhone. This happens at least once every ten minutes and it is really frustrating. I have restored it and it does not fix the problem. There are no Apple stores in my country (New Zealand) and even though the phone is still covered by warranty i do not have the receipt.

So my questions are:

1: Does anybody know a solution

2: Is this covered by warranty

3: Do i need the receipt for mail-in service

Thanks
