Does anyone know if the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are on the same chip in the iPhone? Is there anything else on that chip or is the iPhone one big chip?

Since the 2.01 update, my Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are 'not available' so I'm wondering if its a hardware fault or a firmware issue.
