I can't get it enabled!! I've tried everything. It popped up once and now I can't get it to come back. I'm tired of seeing my own name misspelled!

It doesn't do what you think it does. It serves some other purpose that would likely be of little use to you.
I got around the misspelling of my name by adding myself as a contact because contacts seem to be entered into the dictionary.
