iPhone/iPad as an external Touch bar substitute???

I guess many of you know the LOGIC REMOTE app for iphone and ipad. I just wondered: wouldn't it be a very easy task for apple to create a TOUCH BAR iphone/iPad app that gives you the same (or better) functionality as the TOUCH BAR itself?

Kind of like a wireless external TOUCH BAR (with Touch ID)

Yeah sure. They can maybe sell touch bars separately. I'm sure they will be a huge hit.

I just meant the LOGIC REMOTE iOS app is a very useful tool.

And Apple could easily release other useful IOS apps, that make use of the iphone/ipad touchscreen as extensions for mac applications. a TOUCH BAR ios app could be just one of those apps ... or a SECOND SCREEN app for example

strange indeed that apple doesn't offer such apps ...
