So starting about a week ago whenever I open the itunes or App Store I get asked for my apple is password. When I enter my password it goes away buy nothing downloads and it happens almost every time I open either of the two stores. I have tried signing out and back in to no avail. Anyone else ever have this happen and have a fix?

iPhone/ipad keeps asking for apple ID password
