iPhone & iPad localization company for japan market

Hi all,
Any of you have experience working with companies that can localize my iPhone & iPad app from english to japanese?

I hear the JP market has it's own standards, and that apps you'd want to sell there would need customization on top of simple translation. I'm looking for outsourcing companies that can have experience in the market, and could take care of that for me. So far i've found www.culturade.com that seems to offer the service, but any other links or recommendations highly appreciated.
