Is it possible to creat an app that works primarily on your ipad, but can push real time commands to phone and watch? For example, Say I'm giving a speech using my ipad. I hit start and it displays a timer on my phone for me to keep on time. But lets say, I only want to spend 5 minutes on my first point, 8 on my second, and 4 on my 3rd. Could I program the app to tell my watch to vibrate at those intervals?

seems to me you ought the iPad ought to push the command to a server
phone and watch should listen to this server for notifications
the rest is a simple app on the phone and watch
as phone and watch are nearby you probably do not need a server
