iPhone & iPod Touch syncing

Hi all,

Hopefully I'll be getting my first iPhone this week! But I currently have an iPod Touch and I have several paid applications on it. Will it be a problem to sync these applications with the new iPhone (if I want to keep them on my iPod)?

as long as you have access to the iTunes account that bought the apps & your computer has been authorised.
