iPhone IPSec VPN Cisco

A client of mine got a 3G iPhone and we're having difficulty establishing VPN to his internal network.

We know the Server, Group Name and Secret. Is Account and Password what he uses to log into the internal network?

If that's the case, it's not connecting. Don't know why...
