“iPhone is being used fo location sharing”?

I have “Share My Location” disabled on my iPhone X yet when I go under the settings page it says “iPhone is being used for location sharing”, Why is that?

You can select which one of your iOS devices is supposed to represent your location via location sharing (Find my friends etc).
I think the location setting for it overrides that setting though.
