IPhone is dead!!!

I cannot believe I'm writing this. I've had my 5s for a month and have some problems with crashes. The techs at Apple told me I needed to reset and set up as new. That's exactly what they did but the crashes continued and today as I was scrolling in my Dropbox the phone froze and just turned off !!! I cannot get it to open. Is anyone else experiencing problems this bad??,

Have you tried connecting it to iTunes or a charger to force a reboot?

Drama much? It's obviously not dead if it's doing all the things you've described. Try DFU restore or take into the store.

Try restoring it.
If It doesn't restore or work as it should have it replaced by Apple.

I had some crashes on my 5s so I took it in. They ran a diagnostic and replaced it.

Sounds like it needs to be returned anyway as it has some hardware issues, probably related to the gpu if it's crashing so often.

You're not doing yourself any favor by wasting your time on this thread. Just take it to the Apple store to swap it out.

If this was happening often this place would be going crazy. Get it replaced and move on. Good Luck.
