iPhone is not correctly receiving messages and calls

Hi all,

I have an iPhone 6s Plus and when I am not on the Messages app, it doesn't make a tone, or even vibrate, when it is on silent. I have vibrate on silent engaged.

When someone calls me, it doesn't ring, rather it simply goes to voicemail. When I call someone, it is fine.

Can someone help me?
