iPhone/iTunes/ATV compatibility issues

Hello - not sure if this is an itunes or :apple:TV or iPhone problem.....
Anyway, I have quite a lot of films and most wont play stream to my :apple:TV or to my iPhones 3Gs. I've shown two examples here, Wall-e will play, 27 Dresses wont but they all seem to be in the same format. Any ideas please?
