iPhone, iTunes HELP!!!! Please.

iTunes started giving me problems today by all of a sudden not allowing me to sync(automatically or manually) anything in my library. What do I do? Here's a pic of my settings.

That didn't fix it but thanks. I can transfer movies, tones, and pics but not music. This sucks royally.
