iPhone/ iTunes Strange Music Library Behavior

Hey there

I find it really strange that my music library playlist i created always shows around 27GB even though i keep and keep deleting stuff from to create more space on my iPhone.

I then sync it and yet the size the Audio space fills up my iPhone remains the same. What's going on, any idea?

I'd like to see if anybody has a solution before i consider deleting the entire music off of my iPhone and creating a new playlist-library to sync onto.
