Hi,

I wanted to know whether is possible to have an IDE for Java on a Jailbroken iPhone or generally run Java on a it and also what Qwerty Java Phone are out there.

I don't know much about this and I know this is not the right place maybe, but would be much help if you can address me somewhere.

Cheers!

To the best of my knowledge it is not possible to write Java code to run on the iPhone, jailbroken or otherwise.

If you want to write in Java you are probably better off looking at Android.

I know about Android, but I'm not familiar with it. Can I write software ON the phone with Android? Otherwise I'm off to a dumb phone.
