There was a company that created a really cool looking apple keyboard (or I guess more like a model of the keyboard). IIRC, it folded out & each key was really three keys depending on where you hit it. They accepted pre-orders & kept promising that they were just about to launch it in the next few days. But they did this for years. I initially ordered on & kept at it for a few years, but got my refund when it became evident that it wasn't going to ship anytime soon.
The owner/lean engineer or whoever it was, would always make some kind of technical jargon filled reason why the latest delay was completely unforeseen. They eventually did release a version of the keyboard that was only released to a select few individuals. Some kind testing group that was selected from those who pre-ordered.
But ultimately, the company closed up shop & none of the pre-ordered were ever shipped. Does anyone remember the name of the company or the keyboard? I feel like they finally went under around 2022 or so.
I've been googling it, but nothing comes up & I'm drawing a blank on the name.
