Iphone lag while watching videos online??

Ok so I found some websites that you can watch videos on your iphone.. and it use to work GREAT!! but now it lags out like crazy?? did a reset yesterday but it didnt fix the problem..Also it takes forever for things to load?? anybody have any ideas?

Could be a bunch of things. High demand on their servers, your internet speed, etc.

Doesn't necessarily mean it's a problem with the iPhone.
