Hi guys,

What to you think? Will we go back to +/- 6 months cycle or should we expect a yearly update?

When do you think we can expect the iPhone 5 launch and why?

Thanks

I think a 6 month cycle is too short. It would make many iphone owners not happy. My guess is they will release the iphone 5 and every other iphone after that in September/October. Business wise, September/October is better as it's closer to holiday season and that's when people buy the most. Again, with the iphone, people buy any time.

October 5th 2012 a iPhone 5 on the anniversary of steve death r.i.p or steve legacy device iPhone. Just my thoughts

I expect they'll be releasing new iPhones every October, maybe September if they can get them out in time, but probably no later than October. It makes good business sense since it's before the holidays with enough lead-time they can ramp up sufficient production, and it gives them enough time between releases that they can still sell plenty of the old model (the 4 was still selling like crazy even just recently). They'll release iPads opposite iPhones in the year.

The next one will be the iPhone 6, since it's the sixth iPhone.

Not possible to really say that there is "one" cycle

Everyone is different

I am a year-long cycle person while others I know get a new phone every 2-3 years.
