Iphone loading screen with ads

How can I take the splash loading screen, usually Default.png, into something that will show the iad banner on it, forcing users to view an ad for 3 or 4 seconds before opening my app?

TBH i feel that ad plagued apps are crappy... why not make a demo app and a paid for app. I dont wanna use a app thats gonna load ads on my now limited AT&T data plan.
