iPhone Lock Screen suddenly started showing Music Widget - how to remove ?

iPhone Lock Screen suddenly started showing Music Widget - how to remove ?
I dont even use Apple Music, but not sure how and why its showing music widget on front lock screen ?

I dont even have music app!
IT shows this and when I click on it, it says MUSIC APP not found, INSTALL NOW!

I dont need music app and dont even need this widget.
How to get rid of this ?

Hi there - if you go to Accessibility>Audio&Visual and turn off “Always Show Volume Control” does it disappear then for you?
