iphone locking sound is strange

IDK if you figured out your problem or not but does the locking/unlocking sound muffled-like?
I know one cause of this is the Cydia tweak that allows Siri to always be listening in the background. I can't recall the exact name of it but if you uninstall it it will go back to normal.
