Hi people;

I have a question that I encountered today at Apple Store for my Genius Appointment.

I made an appointment for my battery life on my 6S for today which was replaced a month ago. The problem was the battery was draining pretty fast than my friends 6S's and I was curious.

They did this diagnostics test and nothing came out and they checked something else with my replacement phone billing or something, and they told me that there is a piece of software in iOS that makes the phone individually signed to only you and this phone cannot do it from the replacement day and keep trying since which affected the battery and processing power, a lot.

They told me that, they will open a 24 hour Engineering consultation for me and will revert back to me tomorrow where they booked a new appointment.

What do you guys think it is and what should I do ? Should I ask for another replacement because I am feeling well with this replacement somehow, or any questions should I ask them or request them to do ?

Thanks
