iPhone mail app and Exchange 2010 help?

I need to use the standard Apple iPhone mail app on iPhone 4 and 4S, ....but it wont connect/sync with the new Exchange 2010.

All I get is this message:

"cannot get mail...the connection to the server failed"

But before that I get message about verifying failing.

It works on Exchange 2003 but not on 2010. Any solutions please?

The settings on an iPhone for any Exchange version depend greatly on how the administrator has Exchange set up.

Is this an Exchange server for a private business? If so, you'll most likely have to clear this up with the IT folks.

This solved it, "Include Inheritable permissions from this object’s parent"
