Iphone Mail Notification Sound

Is there anyway to adjust the sound of the mail notification on the iPhone (both prev gen or 3G)? Or can you change the sound all together?

I searched and couldn't find anything....

I just posted a message about this a couple days ago...requires jailbreak though. My notifications are pretty darn loud now...
