iPhone Mail Synchronization with Yahoo and Desktops

Trying to help out my mom here.. she uses Yahoo mail on her iPhone.

What is not happening for her (For example), is that when she sends and email on her phone, the email does not show up in her "sent" folder on her Desktop (outlook I believe). Anyone know how to remedy this?

I'm using an exchange account through my school and this is a non-issue for me. Thanks for any help

Under the yahoo account settings on the iPhone check under "folders to sync" make sure sent is selected

Just to make sure, have her (or yourself) log onto yahoo mail via a browser. Verify that her sent email is truly in the sent folder on mail.yahoo.com webpage.

Once thats complete, go to Outlook (*shudder*) and set it to sync up the folders she wants to see in Outlook. Such as inbox, sent, etc.
Then its up to outlook to sync and update.
Her iphone and yahoo are probably doing things correctly, its Outlook that needs the fix.
