I took a picture with my iPhone and I don't know what I did but I'm getting emails or emails I forward to myself with this picture where the word "Mark" is.
I would like to remove it but I don't know how. Is anybody out there knows how to undo this feature. I have an Iphone 4s.

You have probably assigned the picture to yourself ( Assign to Contact feature in photos)

To undo this, go to the Contacts app, select your name and edit. You can then delete the picture from your contact record.

Is your name Mark? Have you set this picture as your (or Mark's) contact picture? Check the contacts app and edit the listing for yourself (or for Mark?) and remove the picture.

If you have Details set to display in your mail, the word "Mark" appears in the subject line. It is for marking with a flag or marking as read.

iPhone "Mark"

Thank you Ecoh, went to contacts and resolved the problem. It was so simple, but without your help I wouldn't have done it.
Thanks
