Iphone Merging/Syncing

My old computer crashed. So I'm trying to set up my new phone. I autherized my current computer but didnt get the message about merging my phone contents. At the moment Im having problems syncing my apps and photos (I figured ways around the others). The apps I have trasfered all purchases but still doenst sync right (with all apps I currently have on my phone) and photo I have about 500 on my phone and itunes has none. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks
