iPhone mic not working after cleaning

Hi.

I did a huge mistake... I got dust in my microphone (so my volume was low) so I tried to clean it with a needle. Then it suddenly didnt work at all, and I think its because I broke that grate inside the microphone hole (when you look into the hole, theres usually some kind of grate).

Is this replaceable or do I need to buy a new iphone?
