iPhone mic not working when using loudspeaker

It had worked perfect before but recently if I am on a call,

I put it on loudspeaker... that works and I can hear the person Im calling out loud, but they then cannot hear me speaking to them.

Is this common problem or known issue, is their a fix or any ideas at all?
