Hi everyone!

Ok, I've downloaded all of the "Get a Mac" commericals onto my PC... I just love these commercials because in my opinion, I think they are pretty comical! :D

Anyways, so I put them all into iTunes. They play fine on iTunes. But when I move the movie file over to my iPhone, it tells me that it cannot be moved to the iPhone and that the format is not supported.

Then, I found out by right clicking the movie, and hitting the button to convert the movie to play in the format for the iPhone/iPod.

I did that, and it converted it. Moved the movie over to my iPhone successfully.

So I got all excited, and wanted to see how it played. Went under movies on my iPhone, clicked on the first Mac commercial... and then...

It played... but there is no sound. :(

It's not fun watching these commercials when there is no sound! lol . I turned up the sound on the phone all the way, and still nothing. Everything else plays fine, like the music and ringtones, etc. I tried putting on a second commercial but I got the same thing.

Can anyone explain what I did wrong and how to get these commercials playing sound on my iPhone?

Thank you so much! :)
