iPhone MP4 Chapters with Screenshots?

Movies purchased from iTunes have screenshots embedded with the Chapter Description when viewed in iTunes of on the iPhone.

I use Handbrake to rip my DVDs for viewing on my iPhone and add the chapter markers. Is there anyway to add screens to the chapter markers either via Handbrake or some other app?
