I recently switched computers and I am trying to transfer the music that is currently on my iPhone to the new library that I made on the new computer. Obviously, iTunes is giving me the typical message asking me to erase and sync. I need a way to get the music back on because I intend to upgrade my device to iOS 5. Any help is appreciated.
