iPhone new contacts not showing up

When I add a new contact on my iPhone it is not showing up in iCloud or my iMac or iPad. If I add a new contact on the iPad or iMac it shows up fine on the iPhone.

If I edit or delete an existing contact on the iPhone the changes show up fine on the iPad and iMac.

I have checked and double checked the setting and all appear fine on all devices.

Any thoughts?
