I looked at that, i dont have the full quicktime you have to buy that. Is there any other way?
 
If .aif is the same as AIFF format (I think it is, but I'm not certain) you can convert the file using iTunes.
 
You can always use iTunes to convert file formats. Just add it to iTunes, then use the import feature to convert it to MP3, AAC, AIFF, WAV, or Lossless.

I converted it to .aif itunes, its just in my libary and when i add it to my phone it just goes to my ipod, i wana set it as a alert
 
You can drag files out of the iTunes window and they are coppied to the desktop or the window you drag it to. Or just have it revealed in Finder/Explorer.
