Everything works on my iphone except reception.... I was on a 3 hour drive when I noticed no reception. It never came back.. AT&T gave me a new Sim card and obviously I tried restarting it and I did a restore but nothing. GPS/Wi-Fi and everything else works.. Has anyone heard of this? I would like to change my new Ipod-Touch back into an Iphone....

no. its says its trying to activate and that it may take several minutes. but it just says no signal in the top left and after 15-20 minutes it still hasnt activated

I took it to AT&T, they gave me a diff sim card, didnt work, that was about all the did. What questions should I ask the rep?

Yes they didn't really try to help you there besides brush you off instead of taking time to figure it out. Just dial the AT&T 1800 number and speak with a customer support rep. If they can't get it have them transer u to tech support. I had the same issue with my 3GS not activating and took 6 trys to get someone from AT&T that knew what they were doing.
